We had a fantastic dining experience at Spago Singapore celebrating my husband’s birthday tonight. Everything from the food to the service and the atmosphere was exceptional. We ordered the Hokkaido scallop ceviche, the sea bass & laksa and finished with the soufflé for dessert — every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The flavours were thoughtful and perfectly balanced. A special thank you to Ivan, our waiter, who provided amazing service throughout the evening, along with the rest of the wonderful team. They even surprised my husband with a birthday card and dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch. We were also seated at an incredible table overlooking the Marina Bay sunset, which made the evening even more memorable. The view, the food, and the hospitality all came together to create a truly special birthday celebration. Highly recommend for a special occasion — we’ll definitely be back.

An excellent value set lunch for 3 course at 68, and if you are a Sands member, you only need to pay $58. The selection for the 3 course is also very good with plenty of choices. I was seated at the terrace which overlooks the swimming pool and the city skyline. Bread and sourdough was served with 2 types of butter. These are my courses. 3pc Irish oysters with spinach, white wine and Parmesan. Very deliciously done. Loved to soak the bread into the white wine sauce. Iberico pork loin with wheat beer, brandy mustard sauce,confit bacon, glazed Brussels sprouts and apple sauce. I had medium as recommended but I felt that the pork loin is not tender enough and slightly chewy. Pistachio panna cotta with orange gelee, pistachio brittle and orange gelato. I enjoyed this dessert, the crunch of the pistachio brittle blended so well with the panna cotta. Service was good and food delivered out in a good timely manner. A very satisfying delightful lunch.

From the food to the atmosphere to the impeccable service—everything was simply perfect. A truly memorable dining experience. And the view from the balcony, it was mesmerizing. I’m still out of words. PS: They have the best staffs, especially those in the reception area. I love their SMILES it made feel at ease and well taken care of.
